Terms of service
Effective at launch, September 2026. Ansiva, by Smile IT Solutions Limited.
1. Interest list terms
By registering interest you agree to receive communications about the Ansiva launch from Smile IT Solutions Limited. You may withdraw at any time by emailing hello@ansiva.ai. Registration does not create a binding contract or payment obligation.
2. The service
Ansiva provides voice call answering, diary booking, confirmation messaging and payment link generation. The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis with per-minute overage. Prices are in USD.
3. Billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Overage minutes are billed at the end of each billing period at $0.10 per minute. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are given for partial months.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided during the teach interview. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose. You retain all rights to your business data and call recordings.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smile IT Solutions Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
